Strong actors/singers/dancers to play principal, featured, and ensemble roles in our production. K and E Theater Group seeks a bold, fearless, and collaborative cast for its production of The Rocky Horror Show. Performers of all gender identities, body types, races, ethnicities, and abilities are encouraged to audition.

Narrator has been cast, but all other roles are available.
DR. FRANK N. FURTER - Any race/ethnicity, 30s-50s. A self-indulgent mad scientist and master of the castle. They should have impeccable comedic timing, an incredibly-forward sense of sexuality, and an irresistible charisma. Comfortable with sexual situations and same-sex kissing. Vocal range: Baritone D3-G4
BRAD MAJORS - Male Identifying, any race/ethnicity, 20s-30s. A strait-laced, optimistic, stereotypical All-American man. Until he isn’t. Comfortable with sexual situations. Vocal range: Bari-Tenor Bb2-G4
JANET WEISS - Female Identifying, any race/ethnicity, 20s-30s. A naive, wholesome, stereotypical All-American girl. Until she isn’t. Comfortable with sexual situations. Vocal range: Mezzo-Soprano A3-Eb5
RIFF RAFF - Any race/ethnicity, 20s-40s. Transylvanian brother/lover of Magenta. Disgruntled underling in the castle. A bit creepy. Must have strong rock vocals. Vocal range: Rock Tenor D3-B4
MAGENTA - Any race/ethnicity, 20s-40s. Transylvanian sister/lover of Riff-Raff. A maid in the castle. Slightly scary, overtly sexual. Vocal range: Mezzo-Soprano Bb3-Eb5
COLUMBIA - Any race/ethnicity, 20s-40s. A groupie who falls in love with Eddie. Quirky, lost soul. Vocal range: Mezzo-Soprano E4-E5
ROCKY - Male Identifying, any race/ethnicity, 20s-40s. A tanned and toned creation of Frank’s—his epitome of “the perfect man.” Comfortable with sexual situations and same-sex kissing. Vocal range: Tenor A3-G4
EDDIE / DR. EVERETT SCOTT - Male Identifying, any race/ethnicity, 30s-50s. When Eddie, they are an ill-fated delivery boy with no sense of control or sanity, emerges from the deep freeze with half his brain and is all rock and roll madness. And when Dr. Scott, a mentor of Brad and Janet who senses trouble in the castle. Strong comedic timing and perhaps a German accent. Vocal range: Baritone F3-F#4
SIX (6) PHANTOMS (Ensemble) - Any race/ethnicity, 20s-40s. Ever-present, always lurking inhabitants of The Rocky Horror Show. Various body types and vocal ranges. Must be able to move well. Vocal range: SATB (soprano, alto, tenor, bass: a combination of voices)
All performers should be comfortable in underwear.

Please prepare a contemporary musical theater or rock song that shows off your acting and vocal range. Please bring your book in case we need to hear additional material. If you have a headshot and resume please bring it. A small stipend will be provided at the end of production.
